Use context.response for replying to use instead of robot.send #3

The context object has a response that you can use to reply to the user. This could write https://github.com/kristenmills/hubot-command-blacklist/blob/master/src/command-middleware.js#L12 as:

context.response.reply("Sorry you aren't allowed to run that command in " + room);

Reply also means it's addressed to the user running the thing.
