Profile page initial design

Create the initial design for the user profile page using mock data. It should be accessible under users/:userid The following things should be displayed:

• Profile photo (or just the initials with some background color, if no pic provided) (shadcn component)
• user's full name
• their blood alcohol level (shadcn component)
• their 3 favourite drinks and how many times they consumed each
• a button that opens a dialog where the user can choose their fav drinks. (doesn't have to work, just open a dialog) (shadcn component)
• how much money they have spent monthly in the past year. This can be displayed on a bar chart, or just simple list/table for now.

Optionally also design the page to be usable on mobile phones.
