HLmapData issue

Hi, I implement the first line: data_prep/HLmapData -a 2788.mrc -b 2788.mrc -A 0.16 -B 0.16 -w 12 -s 4 > 2788_trimmap,
but it generates a file 2788_trimmap which is empty, can you tell me why??
