Is there a guide or explanation on how to reuse this work?

I basically would like to be able to reuse the LARS stream reasoning within a project. However, the documentation in this repository is too little and only gives the instruction on how to run the experiments of the paper.

Do you perhaps have some relevant pointers to content that could be useful?
