Feature request: Multicolor image with color selection and auto-contrast for each channel

Hello,
when loading a multicolor image the first channel is used for auto contrast and the range of all other channels is set to the first channel. Also the color is the same for all channels.
A nice feature could be:

• At loading: Compute min/max for each channel and find the appropriate range
• At loading: Give a different color to each channel
• After loading: Apply auto contrast to the current channel, not just the first
