Diagnostic issue with Eslint Message formatting

I seem to be getting some unwanted text with the message

This seems to be coming from ESLint

eslint_d -f json index.jsx | jq '.'

We seem to be getting the same in messages ---> message.
What can be done to fix this?

Not sure this is a null-ls issue if you can replicate it from the command line? If you're sure this is an issue on our end, I'd need a little more information to replicate this and debug.

In the command line, I was executing the default arguments specified for eslint_d.

I can replicate this very easily by creating a Javascriptreact file and adding
const null

Sorry, I do not have much experience in Neovim configuration, but I believe this is not related to null-ls.nvim

Right, so I think this is an issue with your ESLint config and not something I can help with. All null-ls is doing here is taking the command line output and showing it as a diagnostic.
