Backlog project now contains all work

Hi everyone! 👋

I'm excited to announce that the Backlog project now contains the next big chunk of prioritized work. This includes Notifications (for messaging) and Payments (for business accounts). Once all of these to-dos are done I am going to launch Messaging in production.

To keep everyone focused, I won't be accepting new feature request PRs until this work is done. Bug reports (and fixes) will still be merged in when needed. I don't want to get distracted from the main goal of this phase of the project: validation.

Once we validate that businesses are willing to pay to reach out to developers then new feature work can begin. And if we never validate it then we can pivot and move on to something else.
