This package doesn't have unit testing. Why didn't I put unit testing? Great question. I'm not sure. But it should have it.

I have to think more about what appropriate unit tests would be.

@howardbaek You interested in designing some tests for ottrpal?

I honestly would suggest using the templates to test things. OTTR_Template and fhdsl/ottr
