[Suggestion] Reset input for ARP3.1 and ARP3.2

I love how these arpeggiators work out of the box without complicated gate setups or anything. The only shortcoming I see is that there isn't any way to interrupt the sequence before it's over, which means there's no way to wire up a master reset that resets everything.
