v2.12.2 contains several fixes regarding locales and some changes to call common hooks when issues are changed that might be used by other plugins.

Changes

• Call issue edit hooks before save hook (Call issue edit before save hook #260) by @salmanmp

Fixes

• Fix missing pluralization keys (Japanese locale missing pluralization key #233)
• Fix wrong count placeholder in pt-BR locale ("%[count]" placeholder in localized string #262)

Looking for testers!

Unfortunately, I do not have access to any larger Redmine project anymore, nor am I using Redmine anywhere anymore. I can only test with some artificially constructed local project that cannot represent any real project or usage. I would really appreciate if you can test v2.12.2 in your project or organization and report any findings (or their absence). Thank you!
