Deploy jenkins-protoype on Netlify

Hey there.

As a background, jenkins-prototype is a small React application which serves as a testbed for new designs and features for Jenkins CI.

We've (@timja and I) recently migrated the repository to jenkinsci and as a result our automatic deploy to Vercel has been severed. We'd still like to have the application deployed for easy viewing. Hosting on Netlify seems to be the best/easiest approach for this. Is this something that could be done?
