Text to speech support

Request to add support for Text to speech function so that anytime a product is found in stock, an audio alert can be played which tells us which series it is and which store? I understand there is already a play sound feature but that seems to be limited to a single audio.

Ideally Text to speech support from any of the providers: Azure neural TTS, Google Cloud Wavenet or Amazon Polly.

I'm not a programmer and I just found a script that would output an mp3 using the Azure TTS on node.js but I just don't know where to place this .js file and what to add to which scripts to invoke it.
