jx.integrate slow and internal dynamics

Hi Jaxley community, I was using the jx.integrate function and it seems to be quite slow. Would it be possible for me to know what this line is doing, and would GPU help? For a gaming laptop how long will this line run for a net with only once cell of ~30k lines in SWC file? Thanks!

I haven't been able to run this line of code actually because my jupyter notebook's kernel keeps crashing when running. Has anyone encountered the issue and know the answer? Thank you!
