Add Pretty PDF Output

Now that we support markdown output — let's add a built-in layout for gorgeous PDF rendering of your docco. This current output doesn't quite cut the mustard:

The Marked commands that we can already use, piped in to markdown-pdf (https://www.npmjs.com/package/markdown-pdf) with a custom stylesheet should be able to do the trick nicely. Maybe it could even take some cues from the current linear (http://jashkenas.github.io/docco/) styling.

Anyone want to take a stab at it?

I made a demo for this a while back, it uses pandoc to render the PDF with latex.
