j.ui : Pop-up menu need to be clicked twice in order to respond #1006

Create an instance of a Jamoma module, or alternatively a view and a model (that are linked).
Click in top left corner of the view in order to display the j.ui pop-up menu containing options for documentation, state, presets, etc.
Click any item within this menu. Result: Nothing happens
4: Click again: Result: Now we get the expected action.
