IL Soils_Edit Entry Form #2

@giorgichi , changes to make based on 11/23 conversation so this form can be completed entirely in office setting:

• Remove site dropdown since now in entry form 1
• Remove jar broken question since now in entry form 1
  - [ ] Add this question to the end of form as a drop down:
  Planning to resample for total P and total C? (yes, no, unsure)
• Enter subtext to each cell with how people should enter text - such as with or without spaces, yyyy-mm-dd, etc.

My guess is they will want it all on one screen and not select "next" but can wait and ask.

@giorgichi , I dont think any of these are still needing to be completed except for #3. Did you and Michael discuss the need for this? If they are going to resample all of them, then it won't be needed.

@loriabendroth, I have not discussed that with Micheal. I think Andrew will be the one to ask. But my guess is that they do not know in advance (or at least during jar inventory process) which pedons are going to be resampled and which not.

They will sample all of the jars so no need to include yes/no/unsure
