Bug description
When RT Structure Set file is loaded into File Editor (beta) the 3006,0010 Referenced Frame of Reference Sequence is labeled as RT ROI Observations Sequence 3006,0080 and then shows items below that sequence which do not belong to the 3006,0080 sequence, but do belong to the 3006,0010 sequence. See screen shot below.

See attached, I zippppp’d the file because your SMTP sever rejected the full size file.
