Always fall to polling instead of websocket when balancing with proxy #60

Hello

I'm testing this change for using the proxy address, but when using the balance with proxy it always fallback to polling.

When I use without the proxy address, it works very well, but does not balance behind proxy.

I'm using node 8.1

What could be?
