Error regarding NetCDF4 [Unknown file format]

I am just starting on CWatM, and when I turn on the .bat file, the model runs just fine

But when I try to run 1-2_Rhine, I get an:
[OSError: [Errno -51] NetCDF: Unknown file format: '..\..\..\CWatM-Earth-30min\climate_rhine\pr_rhine.nc']

I figured out the problem with this.
When I download the CWatM-Earth-30min as zip from this link: https://github.com/iiasa/CWatM-Earth-30min , the file pr_rhine.nc does not download completely (it has missing data).
