Had a short discussion with Neil and Ruth, and the new library system offer a integration with github. We would like to use the opportunity to test this integration, but that means that the formal publication will probably not be formally published until this fall. Is that ok with everyone?

We can opt to use figshare github integration or have a simple pdf published.

Github integration not likely to be ready this year, so pdf is quickest.

Before publishing we need to finalise the manifesto, and consider a document type, title for the publication.
