Not available datasets[audio] on python 3.13

Describe the bug

This is the error I got, it seems numba package does not support python 3.13

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. install python >=3.13
2. !pip install datasets[audio]

Expected behavior

I needed datasets[audio] in the python 3.13

Environment info

python 3.13.1

It looks like an issue with numba which can't be installed on 3.13 ? numba is a dependency of librosa, used to decode audio files
