Description

Make it so that specific features can be turned on and off from the build using feature flags, to make the server lighter for special purposes.

E.g. when running the server only with single user from single application, there isn't any reason to implement anything related to multiple users or power states.

It would also reduce the bundle size. It is at the moment 499K.
