SIP Registration is not happening.

I am using moto g71 g mobile . SIP registration is not happenig. facing issues in pcscf.

Logs wont help, please attach a pcap taken on the core network when the UE attaches to the network

I see that phone is sending IMS SIP REGISTER.

but the SIP REGISTER is not forwarded to I-CSCF because Rx AAR is failing

I have followed the same procedure in the above link, But i am not able to figure out what could be the reasons. I have checked the bind folders which i have send you.can you please tell what could be the reason for AAR failure?
