#18 introduces a hang on Windows caused by trying to call m_rewriter->Delete from OmitTrailingWhitespace::visitTerminal. I don't have access to a Windows machine while on travel, and I've done everything I can think of to fix this remotely. Going to check in #18 for now and move on, will come back and repair once I'm home and have access to my Windows machine again. Or someone else can step up and fix this in the interim if they like.
