A few features to consider in the final site:

  • Reachability/ navigation: from any point in the site to any other (whether on the page itself or on other pages)
  • Proper credit to SOP authors
  • Help text for common abbreviations/ keywords
  • Social sharing
  • Ability to comment and discuss by the community (not necessarily through Github issues)
  • Maintainability

These are also relevant:

  • Branding: proper acknowledgment of H3ABioNet funding
  • Licensing- for content.

The main item remaining now is properly attaching authors to their authored SOPs. This is open to suggestions on how can be done

@azzaea in case we haven't said this enough, thank you very much for taking this and getting it to the place it is in. I may have one of the new project assignees think about how we could attach authors to the SOPs.

@cjfields Thank you very much! This means a lot, especially these times, and I'm very grateful for your support throughout that phase. Would definitely make an effort to seize those opportunities when they arise :)
