Auto refresh options for scaffold and fields #14

There are 2 places where auto-refresh would be really nice:

On the entire scaffold if it hasn't loaded yet
On certain fields - for example, if a field represents a progress bar percentage, then having it auto-update at a configurable level would be a cool feature
