Accounts whose trial periods are about to expire should receive an email warning them

@ericbenwa @jsonin can I get some suggested content/language for this email? Assuming we'll want to check in half way through a trial period and again maybe 72 hours before it's over?

I found a setting in Stripe that will email folks 7 days before trial ends.
Let's try this for now.
