Improve recruit page!

The look is very nice.

Improve the recruit page with:

• better English wording
• better font for the text (it's barely readable on many screens)
• actionable information on how the community can help, besides forking and starring the project.

Maybe:

• mention that GitBucket might the second most popular Scala based project on GitHub: https://github.com/search?l=Scala&o=desc&q=scala&ref=searchresults&s=stars&type=Repositories&utf8=%E2%9C%93 if the searching works correctly.
• mention the already existing plug-ins
• link the logos of tools in the image to their URL too.

Well, to have a useful landing page, a few things would need to be changed:

• Menu (navigation links) between logo and "Fork me on GitHub" button
• Change the main message. Right now it is:

   GitBucket is Open Source
   We need your help!
  

• include some sort of Analytics (Google?) to be useful
• as mentioned in this issue: link the logos to the tools, to have links outside the site.
• since this would not be an "Ad", the text font would need to be more readable.

and put it on https://gitbucket.github.io/

I guess for this, a gitbucket.github.io would need to be created as a project.
