The shape for different data

Hi, dear yan.I have some questions about shape for private and public data.I want to use my own private data set and some public data sets. For example, PI-CAI. However, the shape of the two data is inconsistent. For example, the shape of my own data is similar to 520x320,20 or 320x272x20. But the shape of the exposed data set is a different style. Now that I have built the model, may I ask how to handle the input of different shapes? I am a novice, just contact with this, I also read your paper just thought of this question.Thank you!
