Would it be possible to save the embedded videos and audios as well? I would like to be able to have an exact and complete copy of the web page. With pages that are only text and images, SingleFileZ is perfect, but if they have audiovisual content, this is not saved, and for my studies it would be very useful to be able to save, completely, educational pages and specialized blogs that sometimes contain some audio -sometimes in the same blog site, but other times embedded from Goear, Ivooox and similar platforms- or video -mostly embedded from Youtube- that is important.
Cheers.

Sorry for the late answer. SingleFileZ is not very good at saving audiovisual contents because it's actually quite complicated to implement. I think you should maybe take a look at ArchiveBox https://github.com/ArchiveBox/ArchiveBox. It integrates SingleFile (but not SingleFileZ yet) and youtube-dl so it might fulfill your needs.
I saved a page but it didn't work completely.
So I made some changes to make it work perfectly.
I wanted to report this, so that it might be updated in the next version. Initial file File after change
