[Feature] Add filter in Widget for individual project

Problem Statement

When we create a Dashboard that has similar widgets for multiple projects but some widgets are not required for all projects.
If we can have some filtering in Widgets based on the project it is hidden when we select a particular project.
e.g. We have a dashboard with the widgets (A, B, C, D, E)
In Project 1 widgets A, B, C, and D are relevant,t and in Project 2 widgets A, B, C, and E are relevant
In the current scenario, both Project 1 and 2 are showing all widgets (A, B, C, D, E)
