In Annotate widget the "Markup image" button is enabled after adding an invalid image

Problem description

In Annotate widget the "Markup image" button is enabled after adding an invalid image. Afterwards if the user tries to markup the image there's a crash (without any information in the launch screen).

If it's a gif image the button is disabled.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Go to All question types form to Annotate widget.
2. Tap "Choose image” and select a broken image ( broken.png file in https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/1IeuxQZU8Sw90PAOnTRlMToB3Wp_LuCoN)
3. Tap "Markup image”.

Expected behavior

The”Markup image” button should be disabled after trying to add an invalid file.
