The visual appearance of form elements needs to be improved

There is not enough space between the form elements in some cases. e.g.

numberinputs and above them

Also the sliders on pages that does not require a map does not work properly from a visual point of view. The width of them is not enough and other issues.

close this ticket when the form elements and the different types of them has been modified visually to be better one increment (up to the developer what this means).
