Proxies for the repos #650

I cannot download Docker using the proxies of the parameters. It think this is done by using apt options in the manifests/repo.pp. For example:

apt::key { 'puppetlabs':
  id      => '47B320EB4C7C375AA9DAE1A01054B7A24BD6EC30',
  server  => 'pgp.mit.edu',
  options => 'http-proxy="http://proxyuser:[email protected]:3128"',
}
