Deploy MTA in Docker container instead of installting it on host #8

To make it easier to automate deployment of the system we would like to run the MTA in a Docker container. This would move MTA configuration to the docker-compose section instead of configuring the host system.

This will also enable moving the service into a container driven cluster like k8s.
