Setting operation mode

I have a water heater (recognized as VELIS NuosSplit | Model 6), the integration works OK. What I however do not get working is the operation mode (auto = program / manual). I can only choose between the hearing modes (green, comfort, fast, imemory)

What I want to achieve is the following

• normally just use the program mode
• if energy price is low, switch to manual mode and increase the heating temp (e.g. from 53 to 60)
• if the energy price is high, switch back to program mode

this only works if i can switch between program and manual, though I do not see this in any of the attributes (neither does any related attribute appear to change if I change the mode via the app)

Quick update, the challenge may be how the machine is recognized.

• it is recognized as VELIS NuosSplit, though it is a NUOS PLUS WI-FI 200 (that is, no split?)
• if i look at the py code on https://pypi.org/project/ariston/#files (same developer it seems), there appears to be different plant modes though these do not appears (and cannot be set) via HASS

I have never seen a night mode on my machine.
