Add GPIO pin from Fubarino to raspberry Pi for Autonomous status #17

The remote control has a toggle button. If the button is toggled it should use a digital pin attached to a gpio pin on the raspberry pi. The pin would read the autonomous status. If that pin is high autonomous mode on the pi is enabled. If it is low then we're in normal rc mode.
