A script to verify whether the submitted datasets pass the necessary criteria, akin to: https://github.com/for-ai/global-exams/blob/main/any_language/dataset_checker.py

This is an initial version of the script which will be updated after finalizing the meta-data information. (copied from @shivalika-singh).
