How do I add some extra space between the separator and icon? #775

I want to add some additional space between the separator arrow and the icons.

I have tried setting the spacing in my lazy config, but it doesn't help. Would appreciate any suggestions.

    opts = {
        layout = {
            spacing = 5,
        },
    },
