Add metrics for total success/failed across Consume Events / Watches / Full Scrape (based on success/fail counts) and mark unhealthy if errors > 1% and warning > 0
Add metrics for Consume Events / Watches / Full Scrape job success (failed count == 0) and warn on more than 1 failure, and error on 3 failures in past 1h
