No, you'll need at least the 4GB version to run Frigate.

Hi. Running HA as a VM in a Synology NAS. How much RAM do you recommend for the VM. Coral attached to the NAS. The HA VM was created with 2GB RAM.

It depends on the amount of cameras you want to use with frigate, but 4GB would be the minimum for up to two cameras.

How do I prepare it? Today I have home assistant yellow on which I run my home assistant. From what I have understood, you should paste in a few lines and install something called python. Can you tell me which command and which lines should be pasted in?

Hi, there is nothing to prepare, Frigate includes all the packages it needs to use the Coral USB Accelerator (it does uses python packages, but you don't have to install them yourself)

You don't need to, the USB Coral doesn't store any configuration, so the only thing needed would be to reset the configuration of the docker container (erase any file on the shared folders)

Hold on, since you have the Home Assistant Yellow, the issue might be related to the power requirements of the Coral. Make sure your power supply can provide at least 2A
