Updating

Unfortunately the native program currently does not support automatic updates, so you will need to manually update/reinstall it everytime the extension is updated. When the extension is updated, it will automtically open an update page with the update instructions. You can also open update page from the extension widget. If you don't update the native program, you won't be able to use the extension.

Support for automatic updates will probably be added in the future. If anyone has experience with creating Rust programs and MSI installers with automatic updates, I will appreciate any help :)
