Limit Bitrate and/or Decrease Video quality to save bandwidth

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am trying to use this in a rather low bandwidth enviroment, so being able to force the app to limit its bitrate would be a huge help.

Either a way to set the bitrate or video quality as a prop.
