[BUG] Markdowns with extended and latex don't render as expected

Some markdown don't render as expected (extended and latex markdowns)
I published a set of .MD files to SharePoint. I noticed that several markdown elements have not rendered as expected (it's as if they are not supported)."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Publish a .MD files that have extended codes, and latex formulae.
2. Navigate to the page with the relevant content
3. See unrendered content

Expected behavior
The content to be rendered correctly. Or of any guidelines provided about using extended MD and latex.
