lr-landing includes an asset fees-calculator.html.

This is an LR-provided utility that they wanted us to host but now host themselves and we are supposed to redirect to their site.

During the release we had missed out the redirect so external users were able to find the out-of-date version of calculator. While we have fixed the redirect we should remove this asset so that if the redirect fails again users see nothing rather than an out of date calculator.
