Steps to Reproduce

Build Ketcher in dialog window (apply patch ketcher-in-dialog.patch)
Go to Macromolecules mode
Scroll down on library header or top toolbar

Actual behavior
Excessive scroll appears

Expected behavior
No scroll appears
