Hiding toolbar buttons doesn't also hide/disable the corresponding keyboard shortcut #6294

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch ketcher in standalone mode passing this directive into the iFrame: ?hiddenControls=open,save
  2. Notice that the open, clear and save buttons are now hidden
  3. However, pressing ctrl-O or ctrl-S will still launch the Open and Save dialogs

Expected behavior
It is desirable and expected that hiding a toolbar button would disable/remove the corresponding keyboard shortcut

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows
  • Browser: Chrome

Ketch: v2.27.0
To determine it, hover over the header of the Ketcher tab in a browser.
