Is your feature request related to new functionality not yet included in the product? Please describe.
No.

Is your feature request related to a problem or a change to existing functionality? Please describe.
Problem. If a person page features a very long job title, the styling gets compressed, and padding disappears between the name/title and photo.

example: https://libraries.emory.edu/contact/staff-directory/kim-collins

Describe the solution you'd like
Modify the padding between the photo and name/title -or- add another field for longer department names.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using the personal pronouns field for "Emory Libraries and Michael C. Carlos Museum" which splits the title into two fields and keeps a cleaner look. Example of using pronoun field:

https://libraries.emory.edu/contact/staff-directory/shannon-clute-phd

How will this impact users?
A clear and concise description of how many and which types of users would benefit from this feature, or any who may be negatively impacted by the change.
