Create GIS shapes

Based on the location added to a callsign (coordinates) we should automatically determinate the following values:

• CQ Zone
• ITU Zone
• ITU Region
• Timezone
• Continent
• Country
• DXCC

As we are currently using postgis with GeoDjango we should create geometries for these. I would guess that geometries for country, continent, timezone and maybe more are already available somewhere in the internet ;)
