Steps to reproduce

  1. Upgraded to today's nightly
  2. All rooms are UTDs. Looking at room previews, the detailed messages are either "the sender's device has not sent us the keys for this message" or:

UTDs everywhere.

The "Unable to add key to index 'by_info'" error isn't the root cause here (and probably will go away anyway once #26524 lands). It's tracked under #26527 in any case.

I have no real idea why your sessions are all UTD, and can only imagine that the migration failed :(

not actually a duplicate (#26527 is unrelated, even though those messages appear in the console.) However, we don't really know what caused this, and it's probably not worth investigating.
